The AyrKing Breading Table with Integrated Breading Sifter System 

For high volume breading and crumbing, the breading, blending, sifting (BBS) range from AyrKing offer an all-in-one solution. This versatile workstation auto-sifts for fried food breading and cuts down on hand-sifting time by as much as 80% 

The secret is the sifter brush used as an auger, mixing the seasonings evenly throughout the breading mixture to keep flavour consistency, all while expelling any unwanted dough balls. As this process extends the life of the breading mixtures, it cuts down on ingredient costs by up to 40%. 

With just 3-4 removable parts, the BBS’ automatic sifter is incredibly easy to clean in a standard sink. Its direct drive motor is also very quiet, unlike mechanical agitation, and blends the breading mixture uniformly rather than segregating the ingredients. 

AyrKing Drumroll Automated Breader 

This automated breader is a game-changer for kitchens, allowing operators to fully automate their breading procedure for fried food items. The machine uses a helix-shaped component to tumble the product gently for a consistent coating, extending the life of your fryer oil and breading as it reduces “blow-off”.  

Compared to hand breading, the Drumroll Automated Breader (DAB) uses 13% less breading and 5% less fryer oil, resulting in better consistency and 25% faster production time. This innovative machine reduces the need for skilled labour, cuts down on inconsistencies and maximises the life of your ingredients – saving you time and money.
