Developed to deliver the best results using the least amount of time and counter space, the FIT Express has the largest cooking chamber in its category while occupying the least counter space. Its design even eliminates the need for dual-sided ventilation, allowing for zero side clearance.
FIT Express is also equipped with the Ventless System – this is where a catalytic
converter and a special filter turn grease-laden vapour into water. This process prevents
the vapour from being released by the equipment, so the oven doesn’t need a range or exhaust hood.
The FIT Express features a 5-inch touchscreen control panel and is capable of cooking programmed recipes in just two touches – which makes your chef’s jobs far easier. Other features include:

2. XLT Conveyor Impingement Oven Model 2336
One of XLT’s most versatile oven models, the 2336 is the ideal, speedy solution for small to medium-sized kitchens. Able to cook 63 x 12” pizzas every hour, this oven utilises radiant grill plates instead of air impingement fingers for a consistent, quick cook. All the panels of the 2336, including the internal oven chamber, have been manufactured in high-grade 204 stainless steel – which makes for easy cleaning and better longevity. Although the 2336 isn’t technically classified as a high-speed oven, it has many of the same features.
Other features of the XLT 2336 include:
- 23" wide conveyer belt and 36" long cook chamber
- A simple digital controller to manage belt speed and temperature settings
